Q: Who is UPG?
UPG (Unified Purchasing Group) is a group purchasing organization (GPO) dedicated to saving our members in the manufacturing, construction and other industries money on the goods and services they use most.
Q: What is the primary purpose of UPG?
Among other things, we create national cooperative contract purchasing opportunities for our members. The national agreements we negotiate leverage the collective demand and buying power of more than 30,000 members to deliver the largest possible discounts and savings.
Q: Who is eligible for UPG membership?
Except for our Verizon program, any company is eligible for the exclusive offers of our vendor partners. For Verizon, eligibiltiy is determined by a company's NAICS codes. With 300 codes in manufacturing, construction, pest control, architectural services, security and many more industries, chances are great that your company qualifies. CLICK HERE for a complete list of NAICS codes.
Q: How much does it cost to join UPG?
Every UPG membership is completely free—with no buying minimums or long-term obligations. UPG's vendor partners may require a contract to purchase their goods and/or services. However, these obligations are strictly between members and the vendors they select (i.e. Verizon).

Becoming a UPG member is fast and easy. Simply complete this online membership form, login, and begin taking advantage of the pre-negotiated agreements by selecting specific vendors. You should be up and saving in around five minutes.

Q: When will I see discounts from services that I've purchased from one of your vendors?
