Who is UPG?

Unified Purchasing Group is a group purchasing organization (GPO) dedicated to saving our members money on the goods and services they use most.

What is the primary purpose of UPG?

Among other things, we create national, cooperative contract-purchasing opportunities for our members. The national agreements we negotiate leverage the collective demand and buying power of more than 55,000 members to deliver the largest possible discounts and savings.

Who is eligible for UPG membership?

Any company can join. Some of our vendors limit their programs to specific industries, such as pest control, architectural services, manufacturing, construction supply and many many more. CLICK HERE for a list of industry codes that are eligible for the Verizon program. 

How much does it cost to join UPG?

Every UPG membership is completely free—with no buying minimums or long-term obligations. UPG's vendor partners may require an agreement or contract to purchase their goods and/or services. However, these obligations are strictly between members and the vendors they select (i.e. Verizon).

How can I join UPG and take advantage of these negotiated contracts?

Becoming a UPG member is fast and easy. Simply complete the online membership form, log in and begin taking advantage of the pre-negotiated agreements by selecting specific vendors. You should be up and saving in around five minutes.

I registered more than 24 hours ago and I haven't received my log in information yet. What should I do?

First, check your junk or spam folders. If you still can't find it, send an email to info@upg.org requesting your membership credentials, and we will resend them.

When will I see discounts from services that I've purchased from one of your vendors?

Each of our vendor partners has a different process and requirements for new agreements. Please work with the specific vendors you select to discuss updating your billed services.

How can I become an authorized vendor?

We are always looking for quality vendors that can bring significant value and savings to our members. If your organization would like to be considered as a UPG vendor, please contact us.
